**HR & Recruitment Coordinator**
**Full-Time | Based in Parramatta NSW**

**About the Role**:
Spanian’s Kebabs is expanding fast, and we’re looking for a reliable **HR & Recruitment Coordinator** to join our head office in **Parramatta**. Your main focus will be **hiring staff** for our food trucks and stores, and making sure they’re onboarded properly and ready to go.

If you’ve worked in hospitality recruitment or HR support before - even just for a year or two - and you’re keen to grow with a business that’s going places, we want to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Write and post job ads on Seek, Indeed and social media
- Screen applicants, book interviews, and help with reference checks
- Send out contracts and organise onboarding documents
- Keep staff records up to date and ensure compliance with the Fast Food Industry Award
- Help franchisees and store managers with hiring and staff questions
- Support the Training Manager with new hire inductions
- General HR admin tasks as needed

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 1-2 years experience in HR admin or recruitment (hospitality a big bonus)
- Good communication skills and a friendly, professional approach
- Organised and detail-focused - you’ll be handling contracts and records
- Comfortable using systems like Google Docs, Gmail, and job platforms
- Eager to learn and grow with the role
- Bonus if you’ve used Deputy, Square or have worked with awards before
