Talent Acquisition Specialist | Full-Time - North Sydney
- We’re on the hunt for an experienced **Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Specialist** to join our small HR team. Reporting directly to the HR Director Sonova Audiological Care, this role is based in our modern new office in North Sydney, and we offer a hybrid work model.

We seek an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of Australians, values driven and keen to deliver best practice in talent acquisition. **What will you be doing?**- High-volume end to end recruitment for our clinic-based customer service roles including sourcing, shortlisting, screening, assessments and interviews to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit - Weekly and monthly reporting on open and filled vacancies and recruitment KPIs Execute end-to-end talent acquisition strategies aligning with the organisation's objectives- Contribute to or lead projects to enhance the organisation’s employer brand and recruitment initiatives

**What do you need to be successful in this role?**- Prior experience in end-to-end volume recruitment with a proven track record in delivering successful and sustainable outcomes in a fast-paced environment essential- Experience in retail or allied health support roles desirable- Proficiency in utilising applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR software, and other recruitment tools Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to build relationships with key stakeholders- Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively- Solution-oriented mindset, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field desirable
