**Employment type - Temporary (Full Time - 6 months with a possibility to extend)**

**Clerk grade 5/6. Salary - $93,295 - $102,941 plus employer’s superannuation and annual leave loading**

**We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Officer to join our HR team.**

**If you are passionate about identifying and recruiting top-tier talent and have a strong background in recruitment, this is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact.**

**Your role**

This role will be pivotal in sourcing, recruiting, and retaining top talent to meet the organisation's evolving needs.

**What you’ll do**

As a Talent Acquisition Officer, you will be responsible for leading recruitment for government positions and ensuring the seamless execution of our talent acquisition strategy.

You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and support them throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

**What we’re looking for**
- Strong track record in talent acquisition or recruitment, particularly those with experience in government is desirable but not essential.
- Proficiency in SuccessFactors recruiting system highly valued, but not required.
- Strong understanding of legislation, policies, and compliance is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with various stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
