Our client has a house of brands that are serviced by a shared services function. The broader business has capabilities spanning marketing,technology, communication, design and fulfilment.

The Shared Services team provide Finance, IT, Marketing, Human Resource and Administrative support to the Group.

**What will you be doing?**

Essentially, you’ll be providing finance & administrative support to selected Group entities with whom you’ll need to develop a productive & effective relationship.

Completing bookkeeping & accounts tasks;
- Bank & credit card reconciliations;
- Accounts receivable & payable;
- Support for accruals, month-end accounts & reporting; &
- General admin support when required.

**You’ll need to have**
- Strong accounts payable, receivable & administrative skills;
- Attention to detail with good, clear communication skills (in person, writing & over the phone); &
- Experience using the MS Office suite (&/or the Google equivalent) &/or Xero.
