We’re seeking a detail-oriented **Client Credit Officer** to join our **Finance Shared Services - Credit Management team.** Reporting to the Credit Team Lead, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring accounts receivable and credit management processes are carried out efficiently, accurately, and on time.

**Key duties of this role are**:

- Managing and reconciling client and trade accounts within agreed timeframes.
- Investigating, resolving, and recovering outstanding debts in a professional manner.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders (including Public Trustees, Plan Managers and Support Coordinators) to maintain strong working relationships.
- Identifying and escalating potential financial risks including fraud or financial abuse.
- Supporting continuous improvement in collection practices aligned with NDIA requirements.

You’re an experienced credit professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.

**To succeed in this role, you will have**:

- ** 3+ years’ experience** in credit, accounts receivable, or collections (desirable).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to manage sensitive customer issues.
- Sound problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving disputes.
- Experience using** Microsoft Dynamics**or similar accounting/finance systems (desirable).
- Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline (advantageous).

You will be required to undertake a **“Fit2Work” National Criminal History Check** and hold or be willing to obtain a** Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check.**
