The
**Admin Officer (HR)** role is in the Shared Services Team, who provide Finance, IT, Human Resource and Administrative support to the various business entities which make up our Client.
**The Position**
The A
**dministration Officer (HR)** is responsible for support on recruitment, terminations, employee relations and HR administration.
**What do you need?**
- A concise, clear and accurate communication style both verbally and in writing;
- A friendly and confident approach;
- An attention to detail and the ability to prioritise;
- A basic knowledge of HR admin processes; &
- An understanding of the need for confidentiality at all times.
**What will you be doing?**
- Maintaining and updating policies, company’s handbook and procedures;
- Coordinating programs to help improve the employee experience;
- Coordinate the 6-monthly performance review process for all staff in the group;
- Facilitating the onboarding and offboarding of staff;
- Maintain staff records, updating job descriptions and contracts for all positions;
- Respond to enquiries from employees & managers;
- Provide administrative support to the Training & Development process
- Provide recruitment assistance such as advertising, setting up interviews, reference checks etc.
