A well-regarded and respected not for profit organisation based in the inner city are currently seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/Administrator. Someone with excellent skills in bookkeeping, financial management and associated business administration, including invoicing, basic bookkeeping, & company record management will find themselves successful in this vibrant and diverse role.

It is essential that you are an analytical problem solver with a great personality to join this small, tightknit team.
- Single touch payroll skills and experience reporting Superannuation contribution quarterly
- Advanced bookkeeping skills with proven experience using Australia accounting standards and a solid understanding of Australian taxation law
- MYOB experience
- Ability to work autonomously
- Board Secretariat skills, including basic minute taking, and preparation and distribution of board papers
- General office administration skills, ensuring filing and document management are up to date, and be able to develop new and improved processes to improve efficiency
- Experience in a Nonprofit environment
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
