About You

You'll bring a proactive mindset, excellent attention to detail, and strong people skills. You'll be comfortable taking initiative and driving improvements, while also supporting day-to-day admin operations.

Key attributes include:

  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong computer literacy—comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other admin tools.
  • A hands-on approach with a willingness to take ownership.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.

Why Join Redtree?
  • Be part of a supportive, down-to-earth team.
  • Help shape and improve the systems behind a growing Australian business.
  • Opportunity to step into a leadership role in a stable, full-time position.
  • Convenient Capalaba location.
