Finance Administration Officer

Golding is currently recruiting for an Administration Officer to join our Finance team in our Milton office | Easy access to public transport

Golding is currently seeking an experienced **Accounts Receivable Officer** to join our Finance team in Brisbane. You will report to the Finance Manager and need to be highly motivated and organised. To be successful in the role you will need to demonstrate that you have relevant SAP experience within a high volume transactional environment.

**You will be required to**:

- Perform a full function accounts receivable role
- Track payment of invoices such they are accurate and timely
- Administer Golding Bank accounts such that daily and weekly reconciliations are completed in a timely and accurate manner
- Perform monthly reconciliations of the Accounts receivable balances on a monthly basis such that Golding Accounts are complete in a timely and accurate manner
- Liaise with Project Administrators to assist with Labour Confirmation uploads into SAP

**You will have**:

- Previous experience working in a high-volume Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable role
- Experience using SAP
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Rigorous attention to detail
- Effective communication and stakeholder relations skills
- High level organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload
- Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
