**The opportunity**:
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator Extraordinaire to join our vibrant fast-paced team. If you are passionate about Conference & Events and sales, we want to hear from you.
The sky is the limit when it comes to events VRTP With a choice of six unique properties famous for their exhilarating rides, exciting shows, amazing animals, and spectacular theming you will help the team sell and coordinate Conferences, Events, and Weddings across Village Roadshow Theme Parks and Sea World Resort’s 64 spectacular venues, to create memories to last lifetimes for our clients.

**As our next Sales Coordinator Superstar no one day will be the same and your tasks will include some sales and administration tasks such as**:

- Action and allocate inbound enquiries
- Keep our CRM system updated
- Organise travel bookings, purchase orders, art briefs
- Draft quotes and contracts as required
- Keep templates up to date
- Conduct site inspections when required
- Attend Trade show, famils and events as required
- Assist with reporting (weekly and monthly)
- Take minutes at sales meetings.
- Assist with outbound telemarketing calls as required
- Assist with the organisation and hosting of familiarisation visits. Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure VRTP are promoted and portrayed in a professional manner whilst maximising sales opportunities.
- Attend and contribute to C&E team meetings to develop ideas and grow business.

**What we are looking for**:

- Someone passionate about sales and unique events with strong administration and organisational skills
- Someone with a high level of skills and accuracy in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Someone with effective communication skills and the ability to prioritise and problem solve.
- Someone with excellent time management skills and an ability to work in a highly fast paced environment.
- Someone with exceptional customer service and communication skills as well as a polite phone manner
- Someone with experience in Opera and SAP would be beneficial.
- Someone committed to achieving performance targets and an acceptance of accountability
- Current Open Drivers Licence
- Someone with the ability to work weekends and evenings
