We are a huge health spa and injectables clinic in the heart of Brisbane city.
We even have our own gym and 25m pool.
Situated a few doors from the new casino and new underground train station, we are getting ready to accommodate a whole new range of clients.

**About You**:
This is a perfect opportunity for an experienced **Full-Time** or **Part-Time Clinic Coordinator/ Receptionist **to support our team of other clinic receptionists, therapists, trainers, qualified Dermal Therapists, and onsite Cosmetic nurses and Dr.

**The role includes**:

- You will be the face of all businesses so immaculate presentation is a must
- Leadership requirements with willingness to grow
- Greet and farewell all guests and clients with warmth and professionalism
- Oversee all clinic bookings
- Proactively work with the team to ensure that clinic schedules are being effectively optimised and managed
- Answer enquiries from clients (you’ll need to learn the basics of skincare - so hope you find that fun)
- Effectively manage the daily tasks and brainstorm ideas for continuous improvement
- Manage stock and system entry
- Manage client feedback and liaise with clinic manager to come up with solutions if needed
- Online store fulfilment
- Making clients and members feel special

**Skills & Experience**:
To be successful in this role, you must be passionate about the health & wellness, beauty or aesthetic industry and have the ability to connect with people and make them feel special.
- A strong background in reception or clinic coordination
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Outstanding organisation and attention to detail
- A keen interest in people, beauty, skin and/or health and nutrition
- **A beauty therapy or skin therapist background is a bonus but absolutely not essential**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Part-time hours: 20-32 per week

**Salary**: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour
