**Fixed-Plant Maintenance Scheduler / Planner**

**Plan, Monitor and Analyse**

Hanson is looking to recruit an experienced Maintenance Planner to perform maintenance planning activities for our Concrete operations. This role is based at our Northgate workshop (Brisbane), the team covers 20 concrete plants accross Brisbane and the Gold Coast and also maintains our laboratory robot.
This is a permanent full-time role which includes a fully equipped company car, a fuel card, a toll tag and a company mobile. We are looking for someone who is passionate about safety, results focused and has a strong work ethic.

This is a permanent full-time role with expected overtime and the inclusion of occasional weekend work. This role also includes a fully equipped company maintenance ute, a fuel card, a toll tag and a company mobile.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately create, update and review schedule maintenance plans
- Update our maintenance systems and documentation
- Order and coordinate parts/materials/contractors to carry out cost effective repairs
- Liaise with operations team and other teams for the correct planning and execution of maintenance activities
- Monitor maintenance expenditure to minimise budget cost variances
- Support activities related to project development
- Complete administrative tasks associated with the role

**Role requirements**:

- Experience in maintenance planning
- Proficient skills in SAP and Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge and understanding of safety systems, work methods and risk assessments.
- Good time Management
- Good communication skills, both verbally and written
- Boilermaker/Mechanical Trade background will be highly regarded
