We’re after a Cook or Sous Chef to run a cafe kitchen and prep food for a fleet of trucks each morning. It’s simple, consistent menus – pies, sausage rolls, brekkie wraps and fried snacks – and the focus is on keeping things organized and consistent.

- Monday–Friday, 5:30am–2pm (no nights, no weekends)

- Salary $65‑75k + super, dependent on experience

- Free parking on site and staff meals

- Close to public transport – train and bus

About you:

- Open the kitchen and prep daily food truck orders

- Cook breakfast and light cafe options catering to a Mon‑Fri work crowd

- Stay on top of ordering and prep for the next day

- Keep the place running smoothly alongside a business manager and a small yet solid FOH team
