**The Role**

Ventia provide a range of Facilities Management services for Energy Queensland (EQL) including property services, cleaning, grounds maintenance, general and statutory facilities maintenance and project management services for Infrastructure and substations across the entire state of Queensland.

The scheduler will sit in our Brisbane office assisting the project and wider QLD team.

**Main responsibilities will include, but not limited to**:

- Using internal systems, initiate new projects and ongoing register maintenance and updates: using JDE, PowerApps and SharePoint
- Assist in generating and distributing daily and weekly reports to internal stakeholders
- Maintain Supervisor & Crew Allocation Tracking Register
- Maintain staff movements in the Planner Application and Resource Availability Register
- Establish, record and dispatch work orders to EQL iPads
