**About the Role **

We are looking for bright, energetic and dedicated people to come and join the Outback family as a **Server/Bar Tender.**

As a server, your priority is to make memorable first and last impressions with all your customers. You will support our commitment to bringing the best of who we are to deliver perfectly tailored service to each and every Guest. As a Server, you’ll help to provide each customer with an authentic dining experience in the restaurant, that makes each Guests day better. Have no worries, just fun

In this role, you will be required to undertake the following duties:

- Efficiently managing assigned table section including the pace and experience of each Guest following Outback hospitality standards
- Using food and beverage menu knowledge to share favorites and provide recommendations
- Anticipating needs, processing Guests orders, and taking payment in hospitable, timely manner

**About you **

We are looking for friendly and outgoing people, who are full of energy, love to engage with people and take great pride in their work.

You'll also need to have a strong work ethic and be committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

**To be successful in this role you would need to possess** the following**:

- A current Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Solid organisational skills
- Ability to work shifts as needed including weekends and Public Holidays
- Confidence in customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in previous customer service roles is desired but not essential
