We're looking for a passionate and experienced Bartender/Server to join our dynamic team.

As a Bartender/Server at Gandhi Chow, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by offering exceptional customer service, expertly crafted beverages, and in-depth knowledge of our menu. You'll be part of a warm, professional, and fast-paced environment that values teamwork and attention to detail.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide friendly and efficient service to all guests, ensuring a welcoming and attentive experience
- Mix and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, wines, and traditional Indian drinks
- Take accurate orders, deliver food and beverages promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction
- Offer recommendations and menu knowledge, including wine and cocktail pairings with Indian dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining area
- Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Handle cash, card transactions, and point-of-sale operations efficiently
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth service flow
- Address guest concerns and complaints in a professional and courteous manner

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a bartender/server in a high-end restaurant or bar setting
- Strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and wines, with an ability to suggest pairings
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine is a plus, but not required (training provided)
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- A passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences

Pay: $22.18 - $30.80 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 25 per week
