**The role**:
We are searching for an experienced Bid Manager to join our team in North Sydney who will lead bid management, bid strategy and bid writing In this exciting and varied role you will:
- Lead, expedite and facilitate the overall bid process
- Ensure bids are planned, developed, approved and submitted within required timeframes
- Develop, co-ordinate and present bid presentations to the client
- Develop bid strategy and (as required) facilitate internal strategy stakeholder workshops and communicate agreed outputs of workshops
- Undertake content and data collection and content gaps analysis
- Ensure tenders and contractual obligations meet commercial, financial and legal obligations and standards
**The Experience**:
This position would suit someone with 2+ years experience as a Bid Manager or similar role. You will also possess the following skills and attributes:
- Effective commercial and financial management knowledge coupled with the ability to understand technically complex products and contractual arrangements
- Highly effective communication style teamed with strong inter-personal, negotiation and influencing skills across all levels with a strong customer focus
- Exemplary negotiation, communication, collaboration, prioritisation and critical thinking skills
