**Positions Available**
- **Bartender (Casual/Part-Time/Full-Time)**:

- **Food Runner (Casual/Part-Time)**

**Bartender - Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails, wines, and beverages with efficiency and flair.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on wine and drink pairings.
- Ensure responsible service of alcohol at all times (RSA required).
- Collaborate with front-of-house team to deliver a seamless dining experience.
- Manage stock levels and assist with ordering when needed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a fast-paced bar or restaurant.
- Confident knowledge of wine, cocktails, and Italian liqueurs is a plus.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Must have a valid RSA.

**Food Runner - Responsibilities**
- Assist waitstaff by delivering food and beverages to guests promptly and correctly.
- Ensure tables are cleared and reset in a timely manner.
- Communicate with kitchen and floor staff to ensure a smooth service.
- Be attentive to guest needs and uphold a high level of customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining room.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Some hospitality experience preferred but not essential.
