**The role**:
We’re looking for an experienced Administrator to join our team on an initial 12 month parental leave fixed term contract as a Bid / Tender Administration Assistant. This role helps support activities throughout the bid/tender lifecycle including:
- Liaising with various internal stakeholders to collect content for current and upcoming proposals
- Working alongside the Bid Manager to review content and help put into appropriate format and document
- Managing stakeholder diaries including meeting bookings and deadline due dates
- Writing and compiling meeting minutes
- Producing project and status reports, and providing updates to the team on tender milestones and progress
- Collating and managing content library for future proposals including version history, naming conventions, ensuring documents are stored in correct files and systems
- Other ad hoc tasks as required
**The Experience**:
You’ll have a background as an Administration Assistant, EA/PA or Contracts Administrator, be meticulous with an eye for detail, and be able to prioritise your tasks effectively. You are a strong communicator and an expert collaborator who can bring together cross-functional teams to achieve outcomes. Intermediate MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/PPT) is required. Exceptional time management and organisational skills with the ability to work within tight deadlines. A dedicated team player who thrives on pro-activity and is enthusiastic with a can-do attitude
