**Description**:
About the role

This role is On-site (2.5 days a week) and will be offered on a casual employment basis to ensure the smooth operation of the company's technical infrastructure. The role's primary focus is to assist and facilitate the deployment and support of ICT systems and software for Sydney operations. However, occasionally, you may also be required to assist in supporting other sites remotely across the organisation.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
Providing Level 1 & 2 technical support to end users for hardware, software, and network issues.
Monitoring, logging and assigning Tickets in ITSM (Manage Engine) )
Managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights
Documenting technical procedures and providing training to users when necessary
Resolving technical problems related to desktops, AV, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
Maintaining an inventory of IT equipment and managing procurement processes as needed
Staying updated on technological advancements and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency
Identifying and action opportunities to improve and update software and systems
Work within the IT Budget and report on performance where required
Maintain Workplace Health, Safety and Environment
Cyber Security Awareness

**Skills and Experiences**:
About you

Tertiary qualifications in an IT related discipline
Prior experience in providing IT support for both remote and on-site users
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies
Understanding of ITIL framework or other relevant IT service management methodologies (preferred)
Familiarity with active directory user account administration, antivirus solutions, and security protocols
Demonstrated experience in resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems
