**About the Opportunity**
As a Program Manager at eHealth NSW, you will help make a real difference in healthcare through leading the planning and delivery of critical and highly complex and/or large technical projects to deliver organisational initiatives and support the Director and Senior Managers in all aspects of ICT/digital project, program and portfolio management.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and manage the planning and delivery of critical and highly complex and/or large technical projects to deliver organisational initiatives for NSW Health
- Lead all aspects of the project management cycle, including preparing business cases and project plans, identifying and allocating resources, developing and managing budgets, communication and meeting reporting requirements to ensure project outcomes are achieved on time, on budget and to quality standards
- Develop strategies for continuous monitoring, evaluation and improvement of all aspects of project implementation including risk and contingency management, benefits realisation, project impact and quality measures to achieve the success of the project/s
- Lead and manage project team/s to successfully deliver all key milestones and outcomes of the project/s to ensure successful and timely outcomes
- Manage and develop stakeholder relationships through effective communication, negotiation and issues management to ensure project deliverables are met and optimise business performance.
- Resolve complex problems or high-volume critical incidents while assessing regulatory, financial and resource requirements to improve support and enable business leaders and broad range of users/customers to make decisions
- Foster and sustain strategic partnerships across teams, Directorates, the wider Health agencies and relevant external agencies
**About You**
We are looking for someone who:
- Extensive experience and a proven record of achievement in Project/Program Management, in a large complex organisation delivering large information system projects in a complex ICT service environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing large and diverse multifunctional teams, including the ability to drive and manage performance to achieve a high performing workplace culture.
- Experience to NSWA or Intensive Care is preferred.
