Guided by a Cloud First Strategy, we're harnessing digital technology to better patient care and deliver scalable, quality, patient-centred, digital healthcare. With your skills and experience, you can help enrich the lives of millions while developing your career within Australia's largest health organisation—alongside passionate tech professionals, health partners and industry leaders building solutions that truly make a difference.
About the Opportunity
As Senior Project Manager of our HGEN (Health Grade Enterprise Network) program at eHealth NSW, you will help make a real difference in healthcare through driving a statewide network transformation that powers safe, connected, and future-ready healthcare across NSW.
This role offers the opportunity to support the evolving needs of clinicians, patients, and staff - helping NSW Health continue to deliver safe, effective care now and into the future.
In this role, you will:
- Lead project teams to deliver milestones and outcomes while driving a customer-focused, high-performance culture.
- Deliver ICT/digital projects end-to-end — from business cases to budgets — ensuring quality, timely results.
- Drive continuous improvement through risk management, evaluation, and benefits realisation.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and manage issues with clear, confident communication.

- Provide expert advice on solutions that boost business performance and value.
About You
- Proven experience managing technical projects in complex organisations, ideally within Health.
- Hands-on ICT and infrastructure delivery experience.
- Skilled in project planning, resource coordination, reporting, risk management, and budget oversight.
- Experienced in vendor and customer engagement, with attention to detail and a delivery-focused approach.
- Project Management qualifications (e.g. PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile) and a track record of successful project delivery.
