In this role, you will:
- Provide **first-level ICT support**, diagnosing and resolving incidents related to SDPR training and testing devices.
- Assist with the **preparation, configuration, and logistics** of desktops and peripheral devices across NSW Health sites.
- Support the **distribution, return, and redeployment** of SDPR devices, ensuring accurate asset tracking.
- Identify and escalate **risks or recurring issues** affecting SDPR device performance.
- Maintain and update **asset records and knowledge articles** within the ITSM platform.
- Contribute to **continuous service improvement** initiatives and participate in technical learning opportunities.
- Travel to Health Entity sites across New South Wales to help with SDPR testing activities.
**About You**
We are looking for someone who:
- Hands-on experience deploying, supporting, and troubleshooting desktops and peripheral devices.
- Confidence working in large, complex environments and understand ITSM service delivery.
- Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying and escalating recurring technical issues.
- Work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth ICT operations.
- Customer-focused, with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to service excellence.
- Organised, able to manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines in dynamic settings.
