We are seeking a **Workforce Planning** **Specialist** to join our People, Culture & Brand team. Reporting to our Learning & Organisational Development Manager, this role is responsible for leading and driving the workforce planning project at an exciting time of evolution in our business.
- 10 month fixed-term contract, working full-time hours and based in our Bethanie on Pier office in the Perth CBD
- Flexible working arrangements offered, including opportunity to work from home / remotely

**About the role**

The role will also include:

- Establishing workforce planning models and tools utilising existing systems
- Collating HR data to generate high quality metrics and dashboards for meaningful insights
- Establishing work groups for each of the roadmap activities with project plans and further business cases as required

**About you**

You have a continuous improvement mindset and empathy with older people and those with disabilities. You have a sound understanding and working knowledge of project management and generalist HR in the context of workforce planning and forecasting.

You enjoy finding efficiencies in processes and supporting your team to be more productive. You’re not fazed by volumes of data and can build reports and dashboards to assist with monitoring the effectiveness of all the great work the broader team are delivering.

You will also require:

- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
- Ability to partner with a business to deliver people focussed solutions and advice
- Proven leadership skills including coaching and strong influencing capability
- Strategic focus where you can think clearly in an environment of change and ambiguity
- Experience in workforce planning and project management experience is preferred and aged care sector experience is desirable but not essential
