Fantastic opportunity has arisen with Acumen Health for a National workforce planner that can be based out of Sydney/Brisbane or Adelaide with the opportunities to work from home or in one of our offices in many locations.

Position purpose - To lead the implementation of a strategic and tactical workforce plan in line with customer contracted requirements and to drive efficiency initiatives. The role will lead data insights on specific contracts and engage stakeholders to ensure national and local insights are regularly communicated.

Working with select customers and broad range of internal and cross company stakeholders

Lead the organisational data insights program including dashboard development and insight reporting at senior levels internally and externally Operational Performance

Tactically deliver on required workforce plan ensuring engagement from senior organisation leaders. Lead national backfill team to support effective performance.

**Core Responsibilities**:
Oversee the performance of workforce reporting and credentialling systems Stakeholder Management

Effectively engage senior internal leaders to support contract fulfillment and execution of data strategy plan. Regularly engage with nominated customer contacts ensuring key initiatives and service requirements are met

Develop contract fulfillment plan and execute against requirements ensuring an optimal national level is achieved. Use Data and insights to deliver performance improvement strategy underpinned by sound commercial principles

Effective deployment and management of the national backfill team

Capabilities and experience

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a contract performance & management in a human service environment

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a leadership role with direct reports

Demonstrated experience in solution-focused approaches

Demonstrated experience in data and insights leadership

Excellent communication (both verbal and written), and organisational skills

Exceptional report writing skills

Ability to lead a team in a co-located environment with autonomy

Ability to build rapport and understand customer expectations and culture to drive successful outcomes

Evidence of being proactive and overcoming barriers to achieve outcomes
