**Location: Mt Waverley, Victoria**

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to work for a growing financial services organisation. As the first point of contact for our company, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a positive impression for our clients, guests, and employees. If you have exceptional communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and a strong ability to multitask.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage the reception area, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Receive and distribute incoming mails and packages.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Keep track of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Proficient in using office software and equipment, such as Microsoft Office Suite and phone systems.
- Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanour in all interactions.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Positive attitude, friendly demeanour, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
