As a receptionist and **overnight worker**, you are the face of the Muscle City and will always greet members with a warm smile. You will have a thorough knowledge about the club and its facilities, as well as the standards and motto's we live by, we aren’t just a gym. But most importantly, provide exceptional customer service to whoever walks through our doors and have great attention to detail and cleanliness.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the cleanliness of reception and the gym floor during overnight shift
- Generate and process membership sales
- Cash handling and POS
- Answer incoming phone calls and effectively conduct outgoing calls

**Essential Skills**:

- Attention to small details, cleanliness and organisation of the gym floor
- Basic understanding of cleaning procedures
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Ability to multi task
- Fast learner
- The ability to listen patiently and understand
- The desire to go above and beyond for a customer and ensure they are always happy

**Experience**:
Experience in a gym or doing overnight shifts are preferred, but as long as you are friendly and confident with customers and can have a good chat, you will learn the rest

**You will need to have and supply the following**:

- Current First Aid and CPR Cert
- A police check

**Salary**: From $26.00 per hour
