**The Job**
- At LongView we know that an exceptional front of house experience creates a great first impression. We are currently seeking a well presented friendly, self-motivated and enthusiastic Reception Administrator. Ideally someone who has 1-2 years experience in a similar reception administrator role. To become part of our team you will need to have a passion for outstanding customer service, be proactive and solution focused with outstanding communication skills and ability to build strong relationships.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Overall management and maintenance of the front of house, including the professional appearance and standards of the LongView office
- Answering of calls and face to face interaction with tenants, clients, prospective clients, trades to assist them with their enquiries
- Office administration support

**What you need to have**
- Be a self-starter with a strong work ethic & willingness to learn with a can-do attitude.
- Well developed interpersonal skills, strong communication skills both verbal & written with the ability to interact with clients and employees of all levels.
- Exceptional presentation with a knock-out customer service attitude which means you thrive on building positive relationships & making your clients smile.
- Outstanding prioritisation, time-management, multitasking, workflow planning & problem-solving skills.
- Ability to pro-actively identify what needs to be done & work independently to execute as well as work productively as part of a team with high attention to detail.
- A commitment to quality, professionalism and confidentiality.
- Previous experience in the real estate industry will be beneficial.
- Preferable Agents Representative Certificate or willing to undertake course.
