**The Job**
- We are seeking a superstar casual receptionist for ongoing Saturday office reception cover with potential for occasional weekday shifts to assist with coverage and leave. We are looking for someone who is friendly, well presented, self-motivated, and enthusiastic.- Experience is not essential but preferred. If you have passion for outstanding customer service, a proactive and solution focused approach this job is for you

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Saturday management of front of house, including the professional appearance and standards of the LongView office
- Answering of calls and face to face interaction with tenants, clients, prospective clients, trades to assist them with their enquiries
- Key management

**What you would need to have**:

- Be a self-starter with a strong work ethic & willingness to learn with a can-do attitude
- Great communication skills both verbal & written with the ability to interact with clients and employees of all levels
- Exceptional presentation with a knock-out customer service attitude
- Outstanding prioritisation, time-management, multitasking, workflow planning & problem-solving skills
- A commitment to quality and professionalism
- Experience is not essential
