**Job Opportunity: Receptionist at Fitt Physiotherapy for Women**
**About Us**: At Fitt Physiotherapy, we’re dedicated to empowering women throughout their lives with exceptional physiotherapy care. Located in the welcoming suburb of Mount Waverley, just 20 minutes from Melbourne CBD, our boutique practice provides comprehensive pelvic health services. We pride ourselves on our excellent relationships with GPs, Midwives, Obstetricians, Gynaecologists, and Urogynaecologists, developed over the past several years.
**Position: Medical Receptionist**
Perfect for someone who is looking to return to the workforce.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet patients warmly and professionally.
- Schedule and manage appointments and practitioner diaries.
- Process patient payments efficiently.
- Dictate practitioner letters to doctors and referrers.
- Maintain clinic cleanliness and ensure practitioner rooms are well-stocked.
**Desirable Qualifications/Attributes**:
- Passion for women’s health.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency with medical software and computer systems.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently, with a proactive approach to seeking advice when needed.
- Previous medical reception or healthcare experience is desirable but not essential.
