**Tasks**
- Overseeing the cost and progress of diverse construction projects
- Screening contracts and quotations for projects within your portfolio
- Providing technical and contractual assistance to project directors, developers, and managers throughout the project lifecycle
- Managing subcontractors, including tracking contractual and on-site progress activities
- Generating weekly project status reports
- Producing reports for cost and variance analysis
- Managing project expenditures and ensuring efficient cash flow

**Required Skills and experience**
- Preferred AQF Diploma or higher in Project Management
- A minimum of 2 years working in a professional environment
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated adaptability and resilience in fast-paced, dynamic work environments
- Experience with project management program Procore
- Advanced Excel skills

Pay: $75,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
