**_The Role_**
This role is part of our growing
**Project Marketing division** in our beautiful
**Taren Point office**. This office is our
**project showroom** and home to various beautiful displays of all the current developments we are working on and selling. The Project Marketing Admin Support person will be responsible for
**highly organised, driven, proactive and good with systems**. This is a
**full time position**.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Managing the compliance for projects, including but not limited to sales advices, creating all documents through the system
- Managing the onboarding set up for projects, from compliance through to launching online
- Data management for the team and projects
- Completing sales advices for the projects team
- Reporting for project stats, vendor reporting etc
- Managing the marketing campaigns on behalf of the projects team
- Being the “go to” person with the marketing team to ensure deadlines are met
- Greet clients and set up meetings and presentations on behalf of the agents
- Ensure high standards of customer service both face to face and on the phone
- Reporting and extensive data entry
- Set up for Launch Events
- Ability to manage high pressure and stressful situations
- Communicate any needs of the team to all internal divisions
- Take messages in a timely and efficient manner
- Opportunity to enhance your skills and will be trained within compliance
- Attend weekly project meetings and Tuesday sales meeting
- Assist with online marketing for project listings including open for inspection times
In order to be successful, you must have the following qualities:
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow up
- Previous administrative or personal assistant experience is required
- Microsoft Word and Excel experience is necessary
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Strong organisational and prioritising skills
- Must be firm but friendly to coordinate this team
- Must be professional, friendly and willingness to help others
- An interest to further a career within Real Estate is preferred
- A Certificate of Registration is required
