**About the School**:

About the Role
As the Business Manager you will be responsible for the effective and efficient administrative management of the school by providing corporate services and administrative support to the Principal.
You will work within well-defined guidelines to provide advice and offer solutions to key stakeholders (external and internal) on business related problems (e.g. human resources, finance and facilities management), and have responsibility for autonomously delivering on priorities, seeking expert advice, adapting processes, problem solving and providing solutions according to clear outcomes, with regular guidance by the Principal.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Overseeing school budgeting
- Monitoring and overseeing school facilities and maintenance
- Overseeing all non-teaching staff

An AO4 Finance Officer and AO3 HR officer are in place to support the Business Manager in their role.

**About You**:

- Be a highly motivated person who strives to achieve results.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building quality teams.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills are required.
- Experience in managing a large complex workforce along with developing a budget plan that meets that supports the achievement of specific goals would be an advantage

When working in regulated employment an employee must have a current Working with Children Clearance (blue card) issued by Blue Card Services.
