This Assistant Relationship Manager position is with one of Australia's leading Banks, based in the Sunshine Coast.

**Your new role**
In this role you will support the Relationship Managers to provide value to business customers across Small - Mid size Business channels in each regional market. You will support with managing and growing the portfolio of business customers.

Duties include (not limited to):

- Attend to client queries
- Proactive identification of client needs
- Assist the Relationship Manager with miscellaneous administration of the customer portfolio
- Extract and analyse financial statements, cash flow forecasts and other complex financial reports, providing accurate assessments.
- Draft and assist the Relationship Manager to complete deposit funding and credit proposal papers.
- Develop relationships with intermediaries including Solicitors and Accountants, ensuring all referrals are referred to the Relationship Manager, District Manager or Regional Manager.
- Assist the Relationship Managers to generate opportunities for sales specialists for banking, insurance and life products using the agreed sales process.

- Proven experience in Banking/Financial Services
- Proven experience in role requiring growth and retention of a customer base
