Package negotiable between $40,000 & $55,000. (Commensurate with experience)

We are looking for an administration assistant for a friendly, small & busy accounting practice in Caloundra. Experience in an accounting practice essential.

Duties would include:
Greeting clients and answering phone calls

Liaising with the ATO

Sending out ITRS/BAS/IAS for signature and follow up

Lodgement of client tax returns

Managing and maintaining client databases

General administrative support for the practice.
- **Skills and Experience**

- Experience using outlook and Microsoft word and excel
- High level of attention to detail
