**All about the role**
MenulogGo, Menulog’s white-label Delivery as a Service (DaaS) offering, provides partners the opportunity to integrate with Menulog’s courier network for delivering orders placed by consumers on their platforms. As a strategic priority for growth, this role is integral to the Retail & DaaS team and plays a crucial part in achieving business objectives and capitalising on growth opportunities by developing partnerships with enterprise clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
Develop Enterprise Partnerships:
- Effectively manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely progress and delivering performance updates.
- Lead the business development cycle—from identifying opportunities and pitching to negotiating and closing deals.
- Build strong, strategic relationships with decision-makers, positioning MenulogGo as a logistics solution for their eCommerce delivery needs.
- Negotiate and contract favourable agreements, including commercial and operational terms that positively contribute to the business.
**Market Analysis and Strategy Development**:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and potential enterprise partners.
- Size the market to assess the potential value of different segments, focusing on customer demand, growth rates, and competitive positioning.
- Qualify prospective partners by evaluating their alignment with MenulogGo’s service capabilities and commercial opportunities.
- Prioritise engagement with high-potential partners based on their readiness, strategic fit, and revenue potential, ensuring targeted outreach and efficient resource allocation.
- Develop and refine the sales strategy and pipeline, leveraging insights from market analysis to drive effective outreach and maximise conversion rates.
**Partner Needs Assessment and Service Evolution**:
- Conduct in-depth discovery with prospective partners to gain insights into their unique needs and challenges.
- Assess how MenulogGo’s service proposition and capabilities can effectively address these needs.
- Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to enhance product features and evolve service propositions, ensuring they meet partner requirements more effectively than our competitors.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with Product & Tech, Sales Operations, Integrations, Finance, Retail, Branded Restaurant Group, and Global Teams.
- Facilitate effective communication and alignment to ensure seamless execution of MenulogGo initiatives and optimise the sales cycle.
- Utilise team expertise to streamline processes and enhance overall sales efficiency.
**Can you deliver?**
- 5+ years in sales, business development, or partnerships, preferably in eCommerce or last-mile delivery.
- Proven success in developing strategic partnerships with enterprise clients and negotiating contracts and deal closure.
- Skilled in market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Capable of implementing data-driven sales strategies.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with decision-makers.
- Knowledgeable in last-mile delivery services and technology; communicates technical concepts clearly.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly in product and technology..
- Understanding of API integrations for seamless implementation
- Strong analytical skills to identify partner challenges and propose solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; persuasive presenter.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
- Flexible and resilient in adapting to changing market conditions.
