**Your new company**

Our client is a leading resources and mining organisation, with several coal mines across the Bowen basin.

**Your new role**

As training specialist, you will identify and mitigate risks in line with compliance standards. Reporting directly to the training superintendent, your responsibilities will include:
- Address and oversee cases to uphold the central Training Needs Analysis and the Learning Management System (LMS)- Ensure compliance with current and relevant Learning Architecture- Perform system audits and governance reviews to preserve system integrity and mitigate risk- Develop and maintain the documents which govern the processes, promoting transparency and enabling business insight.

**What you'll need to succeed**- Considerable experience in using Learning Management System (LMS) and training management system knowledge is highly regarded.- Knowledge of training related legislative requirements- A customer centric focus, with strong consideration of customers and stakeholders values and requirements.- A passion for continuous improvement- Ability to interpret data to support decision-making is desirable.- Strong interpersonal skills to manage and build relationships with a variety of stakeholders.- Computer systems knowledge - Microsoft Office Suite- Ability to work autonomously and flexibly.
