At Cover-More, communication drives our success. We’re looking for a creative Training Communications Specialist to design and deliver engaging communication strategies that enhance our training programs and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms, including social media.
What’s the Job?
Develop engaging digital training materials that simplify complex information.
Implement communication plans to promote training initiatives and maintain clear, consistent messaging.
Manage social media campaigns that support training programs and engage our audience.
Collaborate with trainers to provide clear, concise materials for all sessions.
Ensure all communications align with financial services regulations.
Monitor and improve communication strategies based on feedback.
What Are We Looking For?
Experience in the travel and insurance industries, with a focus on communication and training.
Proficiency in creating visually appealing content using PowerPoint and other design tools.
Strong written and oral communication skills, with experience in developing communication strategies.
Experience managing social media accounts with engaging content.
Excellent computer skills, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
A positive, energetic individual who brings creativity and clarity to communication.
Certification in communication, instructional design, or a related field is a plus.
