About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic self-starter to coordinate all HR generalist supports while working with our highly skilled Human Resources Team.

Reporting to the General Manager - Human Resources you will take responsibility for all human resources generalist supports provided across our growing organisation._ This includes:_
- Coordinating our employee engagement efforts
- Continually improving our internal HR processes
- Providing coaching and support to the Kids First leadership team
- Providing high level advice on employee relations matters and change management processes
- Providing support and leadership to the HR team.

About You

You are comfortable and confident in those challenging ER conversations and have a passion for coaching and developing the people around you. You have a strong sense of urgency and have excellent organizational and time management skills with a high level of attention to detail and proven ability to meet deadlines.
