- Supporting the probation review process alongside leaders to ensure timely follow-up
- Maintaining accurate team member records and preparing HR metrics to support reporting
- Assisting with data reporting on HR metrics, employee assistance, and engagement survey results
This role offers a varied workload and a chance to be part of a collaborative People team that values proactive solutions and an employee-focused approach.
**What can you bring?**
As a qualified and experienced HR professional, you bring a strong foundation in HR administration with a passion for creating efficient, accurate processes. Your high attention to detail and excellent organisational skills will be essential to success in this fast-paced, dynamic role.
You will also bring:
- HR acumen, with knowledge of the industrial landscape and Fair Work Act
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the initiative to research and complete tasks accurately
- Proficiency in data reporting and systems, ideally with Chris21
- A customer-centric mindset, alongside a great sense of fun and positivity
**Why work with us?**
You’ll be part of a supportive team that values authenticity and operational excellence, with opportunities to further develop your HR skills in a workplace that recognises and celebrates achievements.
We will provide:
- Reward and recognition programs that celebrate you
- Health and wellbeing plans that look after you, including an Employee Assistance Program
- A culture of belonging where you get to be you
- You get to take your career anywhere you dare to dream - you own it
