Our company is transforming and as we continue to innovate and grow, we are looking for an agile senior HR leader to join the team and partner with business leaders. In this role, you will work closely with the Executive and other senior managers to ensure the company’s strategic and operational goals are facilitated from a people perspective. You will have responsibility for leading a small team of HR professionals.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Provide guidance on coaching, mentoring, performance management and employee development
- Implement strategies to ensure business objectives are achieved
- Manage work force planning with in-house recruitment processes
- Review and manage the organisation’s Human Resources policies and procedures
- Coordinate the Performance Management system, midyear and full year reviews
- Attraction and Retention of Talent, including training and development
- Manage ER and IR matters in conjunction with in-house Legal Counsel
- Management of a graduate trainee program

**Expected qualifications**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a HR Management position with demonstrated skills in multiple aspects of Human Resources activities
- Exceptional leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
