**The Company**
Your new organisation is a leading manufacturer and supplier of specialised products to a variety of industries. They have several manufacturing sites across Australia along with a network of warehousing and distribution facilities.

**The Role**
Reporting to the General Manager of HR, this is an autonomous role responsible for talent acquisition duties. More specifically, this will cover:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Facilitate the employment offer and onboarding processes.
- Carry out employment references.
- Leverage HRIS to collate data and generate reports.
- Support the HR team with HR related projects as required.

**The Requirements**
To be successful in this role you must be able to work autonomously and have experience recruiting high-volume blue
- and white-collar roles. The ideal will have:

- 3 years' experience as an end-to-end recruiter/talent acquisition.
- Experience with Workday advantageous.
- Experience with various online platforms and job boards.
