- by charlotte_ is looking for an adaptable, solutions-based eCommerce leader with proven experience delivering customer-focused e-Commerce strategies that drive channel performance and customer engagement. The eCommerce Manager is an influential leader and ambassador of the _by charlotte_ business and upholds the brand spirit and culture in all aspects of the role.

This is a faceted role with oversight across Customer Care, Dispatch and eCommerce trading functions and is best suited to an energetic, communicative, and positive team player. Key priorities include:

- Working under the direction of Brand & Digital to define and deliver the channel strategy for by charlotte’s online business, aligned with brand and revenue objectives
- Establishing process clarity across eCommerce operational functions, Customer Care, Dispatch and intersecting departments
- Capturing and evaluating data and taking ownership of deliverables to achieve business outcomes
- Working closely with Brand & Marketing, Product, and Digital teams to implement eCommerce strategies that support the critical path, promotional roadmap, marketing campaigns and on-site merchandising and product priorities
- Managing the development of the eCommerce, Customer Care & Dispatch departments and overseeing the department's functional efficiencies
- Building strong relationships with internal and external staff

**_Desired Skills & Expertise_**
- 3+ years in an eCommerce Management position, preferably with a likeminded fashion or accessories brand (this is beneficial but not essential)
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Visual Communication, Business or Commerce or equivalent industry experience
- Proven experience and success leading digital marketing strategies and managing external agency partners
- High technical literacy in ZenDesk, Klaviyo and Shopify or comparable eCommerce and service platforms
- Strong project management methodology/framework experience
- Clear, concise and generous communication style adept at articulating ideas, working through tactical plans, giving direction, course correcting and negotiating
- Proven track record of building team, operational & process capacity by identifying opportunities for improvement, action planning, measures and effective strategy implementation
