**About the role**
Dulux is on a rapid growth trajectory and have made several acquisitions in the ANZ and European region in recent years. This has created exciting new opportunities within our business.
In this newly created role, you will work closely with the Head of Customer Experience to develop and implement insights programs to ensure all short
- and long-term strategy and key initiatives within the business leverage the appropriate insight and voice of consumers/customers for decision making.
You will be responsible for the evolution and embedding of a best-in-class insights practice for the Dulux Decorative Paints team. In this role, you will one direct and one indirect report.

You will make a mark for yourself, as you will engage with the senior executives across various SBUs and multiple jurisdictions, synthesizing multiple data points and customer trends and providing meaningful recommendations
The remit for this role is broad providing exposure across B2C and B2B market. You will be based out of our office in Clayton.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop annual insights plans and support the wider business and marketing plans
- Ensure appropriate use of strategic insights methods, processes and programs in all business-critical initiatives, as determined by annual plans.
- Manage a roster of agencies and tools that deliver bespoke and continuous research programs to stakeholder needs
- Proactive engagement amongst leadership and peers around key market opportunities. Identify new to market “white space” and opportunities for our business to grow
- Build internal insights capability, looking for ways to continuously improve visibility and use of customer and consumer insights within Dulux

**Skills & Experience**
- Demonstrated experience in a company Insights role (preferably in FMCG, Retail or Consumer goods) or a market research agency that has served similar markets
- Proven track record for distilling insights and data into actionable recommendations and influence change.
- The ability to seek out improvements and drive process enhancements
- Business degree or statistical qualification
