**About the role**

In this key role, you will be responsible for all reporting, dashboarding and data narrative platforms within Duluxgroup. Leading the data visualization function and managing a team of four, you will provide actionable insights and self-service capability.

You will partner with senior stakeholders across the business by building and expanding visual analytics capability within the organization and presenting cutting-edge data story telling. We are looking for a thought leader who can collaborate and present solutions to the business.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for enhancing DuluxGroup’s reporting & visualisation capability.
- Influence and drive our data driven culture.
- Engage with the visual data analytics community and provision business logic and KPI definition and analytics governance across the group.
- Coach and mentor data engineering team

**Skills & Experience**
- Demonstrated experience in modernisation visualisation
- Demonstrated people management experience
- Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport & influence stakeholders
