**The Opportunity**

Distribution, BlueScope Australia is looking for a **Customer Experience Coordinator** to join the National Marketing team**based in **Clayton South.**The Distribution business includes Orrcon Distribution, BlueScope Distribution, Metalcorp and Impact Steel.

This role plays a key part in supporting the improvement of customer experience across all touchpoints of the customer journey. You’ll be joining a collaborative and forward-thinking team, where your insights and contributions will help shape the future of customer experience in our business. Based in our Westall office in Clayton South, you’ll have access to free on-site parking and health and wellbeing initiatives including Fitness Passport and our Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

**What Will You Do?**

As a valued member of the Customer Experience team, you will be responsible for:

- supporting the rollout of initiatives to transform customer experience across all points of the customer journey
- preparing reports to drive insights for strategic decision-making
- monitoring trends and flagging areas for improvement
- supporting the development and implementation of process changes and technology enhancements to improve both Employee Experience (EX) and Customer Experience (CX)
- coordinating workshops and training sessions to share information, collect insights, and inform change management plans
- driving initiatives to ensure customer data is consistently accurate and well-maintained
