
Customer Service Consultant

**Responsibilities**:
- Providing a proactive, expert, and tailored service through receiving, handling, and fulfilling customer orders and credits, guaranteeing that delivery needs are met and all processed information is precise.
- Communicate with employees from various departments within the company, such as production and warehousing
- Process client orders and other questions in a timely and effective manner to ensure a great customer experience.
- Ensuring effective communication and engagement with PPG customers by delivering precise details regarding product availability and addressing any queries related to delivery.
**Skills and Experience**:
- Ability to build and develop rapport with internal and external customers
- Understanding of, Automotive and Industrial/Protective Coatings desirable
- SAP experience advantageous, but not essential
- Ability to prioritise competing enquiries and priorities
- Attention to detail
- Ability to perform under pressure & can manage time well
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer & Quality Focused
- Team Player with a Positive, Can-Do attitude
- Problem Solving Skills
