As a **Customer Service Consultant** based in **Clayton, Victoria**, you will report to the Customer Service Supervisor, Technical. You will help our customers and other PPG Business Units/Personnel achieve their business goals by providing a supportive service. LI-Hybrid **Responsibilities** - Delivering a pro-active, professional, and specialized service by the receipt, processing and releasing of customer orders and credits, ensuring the customers’ delivery requirements are achieved and that all information processed is accurate. - Providing accurate colour formulations as requested by PPG customers. - Establishing contact and interaction with PPG customers providing accurate information on stock availability and delivery enquiries. - Maintaining close liaison with Production and Warehouse to facilitate the provision of customer satisfaction. - Conveying all other customer enquiries onto appropriate PPG personnel located at Head Office or State Offices. - Assist customers with any technical query they may have. **Qualifications** - An interest in, or understanding of, Automotive and Industrial/Protective Coatings. - Knowledge of the Production and Distribution functions is desirable. - High level of attention to detail and strong communication skills. - Monday-Friday and occasional public holidays (no weekend work). **About us**: **PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD** **The PPG Way** Every day at PPG: **We partner with customers to create mutual value.** We are insightful, dedicated, and proactive.
