**About the role**:

- Delivering consistent, proactive HR Advisory support to various stakeholders within the organisation
- Provide specialist advice on IR matters including awards, legislation, certified agreement, policy and procedure
- Facilitate change and consultation
- Case manage internal and external grievances, including conducting investigations
- Support management and employees with complex employment and performance matters
- HR system and processes improvement
- Employment lifestyle processes including position descriptions, advertising vacancies, coordinating selection processes, onboarding, probation and cessation

**About you**:

- You will have tertiary qualifications in HR, Employment Relations or broad experience in a HR Generalist role
- You will have previous experience working with HR information systems and e-recruitment systems
- You will have previous experience working with IR/ER policies, procedures and industrial instruments
- You will have strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate at all levels of the organisation

- Working from Home 2 days per week
