We currently have an excellent career opportunity for a self motivated 2nd level desktop support officer to join a well known healthcare organisation. Based in Melbourne, you will be responsible for providing support to a large-scale IT program.

This role requires a self-motivated individual who has worked in a fast paced project environment, supporting a large user base to gather user requirements and providing network troubleshooting and testing support to Windows 10 workstations, and mobile phones. Previous healthcare experience is highly desirable.

**What are we looking for?**

The following skills and experience will be required:

- Previous experience supporting Windows 10 migration projects
- Wired LAN, Wireless, DHCP, Static IP, DNS, MAC Address
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong analytical, problem solving and time management skills
- Customer orientated and team player
- Please note a police check will be conducted prior to commencement._
